Bulk Account Application for New Units
1. The applicant should download and print the Fudan University OA User Application Form, and complete the form carefully (please be sure to include your contact phone number).

2. Submit the printed application form to the relevant higher-level department (Office of the University) for approval.

3. After approval, the Informatization Office staff will activate the OA positions based on the official paper documents issued by the Office of the University or the Party Committee Office.

4. Once the account is activated, the applicant will be notified via email using the contact information provided in the application form.

OA Position Permission: Addition, Modification, and Deactivation Process
1. Teachers without OA position permissions can have their applications submitted by colleagues who already have OA permissions.

2. Teachers with existing OA permissions can submit applications directly within the OA system themselves.

3. The application process is as follows: Applicant → Department Head of the requested position → School Office position review → Approval and activation by Director of the School Office

4. After the account is activated, the corresponding modules will be visible upon logging into the OA system. For detailed operating procedures, please refer to the document: Procedure Instructions for Non-Director Level Position Applications
