Campus-Wide Authentication FAQ

1. Q: The webpage displays an undefined error after logging in

A: Please press Ctrl+F5 to clear the browser cache.

2. Q: Some versions of the 360 browser may fail to display the authentication page properly during the login process.

A: It is recommended to use another browser for authentication.

3. Q: Previously, Authentication could be completed through the client, but now it is no longer possible.

A: Due to the current requirement for users to sign the Fudan University Network Service Usage Agreement , if you have not yet signed this agreement, please first complete the signature and authentication process via the web. After doing so, you will be able to use the client for authentication. 

4. Q: Previously, I was able to complete authentication on my mobile phone using a browser, but now I can no longer do so. Why?

A: Due to the current authentication page not being optimized for mobile screen resolutions, users may be unable to sign the Fudan University Network Service Usage Agreement on phones.

5. Q: Why do I need to authenticate every time I open a new webpage?

A: Please first check whether the authentication pop-up window (as shown in the figure below) is still open. If the authentication interface has been accidentally closed, please re-authenticate.
