To adapt to the changes in Zoom’s sales strategy in mainland China and continue to support the university’s faculty, staff, and students with cloud video conferencing needs, starting from January 31, 2021, the Informatization Office has launched a Fudan-branded Tencent Meeting at: http://meeting.fudan.edu.cn/
To help teachers quickly learn how to use the Fudan version of Tencent Meeting, we have prepared operation guides based on user roles and device types. Please refer to the relevant manual according to your usage scenario.
★ I am a Meeting Host
To promote One-Stop Service (Yi Wang Tong Ban), and better coordinate video conferencing resources, the application for Fudan-branded Tencent Meeting is now available via the Fudan University eHall platform (http://ehall.fudan.edu.cn/). You can access the eHall platform either through a web browser or by using the WeChat mini program “复旦eHall”. Search for “云视频会议申请” (Apply for Cloud Video Conference) to complete your meeting reservation.
